On the afternoon of September 4, 2026, the International Training Program Center (ITPC) of Saigon Technology University (STU) officially held the Opening Ceremony of the PCIDS AI – Cybersecurity 2026 Hands-on Training Course, a collaborative training program between Saigon Technology University (STU) and Datachord (Singapore)
The ceremony marked the beginning of an exciting learning journey for students who are interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity – two rapidly evolving fields that are playing an increasingly important role in the digital era.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from STU, Datachord, faculty members, and students participating in the program.

At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Kim Anh, Vice President of STU, delivered the opening remarks and officially welcomed the students to the program. In her speech, she shared her expectations and emphasized the importance of equipping students with practical knowledge and skills to meet the evolving demands of the technology industry.
Next, Dr. Nguyen Tung Lam and Msc. Nguyen Kieu Oanh shared insights on the fields of AI and cybersecurity.
Following the opening ceremony, Dr. Daniel Koh Kian Wei, representing Datachord, delivered an orientation session for the students.
Dr. Daniel shared valuable insights into the learning objectives and practical orientation of the program, as well as emerging trends and career opportunities in AI and Cybersecurity. His sharing provided students with a broader perspective on the rapid development of technology and the importance of combining technical knowledge, practical skills, and adaptability in today’s competitive technology landscape.
The session attracted enthusiastic participation from the students. They actively engaged with Dr. Daniel, raising questions and exchanging ideas about the course and the future of AI and Cybersecurity.
